How we work
We understand the problem before we write any code
Every project starts with a proper conversation. We need to understand the business, the people, and the problem — not just the feature list. That’s the difference between a consultancy and a dev shop.
Then we design the architecture, build iteratively, and stay involved. We’re not a team that hands over a codebase and disappears. Most of our client relationships run for years, not months. We maintain what we build, and we’re there when the business changes and the software needs to change with it.

Built, shipped, running
PracticeBookr practice management system — an online booking and practice website platform for independent healthcare practitioners. We designed it, built it, and run it. A full SaaS product, from concept to live system.
Regico — a corporate services platform with ecommerce, order management, Companies House integration, and a compliance workflow that had to meet ACSP and FCDO requirements. A client project built to handle real regulatory complexity.

Technology
We’re platform agnostic but we tend towards .NET and C# for backend work, React or Next.js for frontends, and AWS for infrastructure. We pick what fits the project, not what’s trending on Hacker News.
